Good Food Catering

I had the good fortune of attending an event that had a beautiful smoked side of salmon as part of the menu. Complete with sliced hardboiled egg, red onion, capers and a (dill?) cream sauce as toppings. EVERYONE was hanging around this area of the buffet!! I decided to place an order for one for a large Easter picnic and it did not disappoint! People were raving about how smoky and deliciously salted this dish was.....and it fed 15 ppl. Can't wait to order again (and my guests said the same thing!!)

Beautiful Venue on the Ashley River

The wedding was absolutely beautiful, the food delicious and the service really great! The shrimp and grits were the best I've ever had...and the mussels - WOW! I would call Good Food Catering for any and all events I plan.
