Very Disappointed. I went to this salon for an updo after reading the rave reviews about it. I was surprised to find unfriendly stylists as soon as I walked in. My stylist, Vicki, was very nice though. I did a simple, short hair updo. I did not have my hair washed or added anything extra. Vicki did a good job but when I went to pay the receptionist told me my total was $45 (what I was expecting for a simple updo). One of the other stylists immediately walked over and said, 'No, charge her $75 for a bridal updo'. I was shocked! I did not have a bridal updo and got no explanation as to why I was being charged so much. The receptionist just said 'Oh, you have to pay $75 now'. Very unprofessional, I will not recomment this salon and I will never go there again.
