Dr. Spicer is a wonderful doctor! She always has a smile on her face and truly cares for all of her patients. I couldn't imagine having another doctor.

Dr. Davis and Shelby are the most wonderful healthcare providers out there. They are compassionate and caring and provide amazing medical care and top-notch patient service. I am willing to drive from Summerville to see them for myself, my husband, and our two small children. We love them!

Dr Spicer and Lori are true professionals! Dr. Spicer is caring and always responsive to our needs. Lori offers encouragement and help through the entire process. I love how the entire staff is timely and thoughtful in reponse to any situation.

I always feel like we get special
treatment when we go to PPC, but it happens every time! I see Dr Lucy Davis and my kids ages 4 and 7 see Dr Leigh Spicer. They are amazing physicians, but I really appreciate the fact that they also have kids and families and can relate. The front desk staff is always sympathetic and really great. Lori, Dr Spicer's nurse is wonderful! My kids are always entertained and love to see her!
I also love how they have a walk in lab! We love you all over at PPC-DI!

Dr. Leigh Spicer is the best doctor I have ever had, she takes her time with you and truly cares about her patients. The staff at Palmetto Primary Care are always so comforting, knowledgable and friendly. Finally, I don't dread going to the doctor.
