Wonderful Experience!.
We had an oyster roast w/ many guest bringing children, so we decided to rent the Dolphin Slide for entertainment.
Excellent Customer Service! The gentleman who set up and broke down the slide was extremely polite, professional and very punctual. The inventory to choose from is great and the pricing is quite resonable.
The slide was a Huge hit! Perfect size for the various ages and any accompanying adults.
We were so very pleased and are planning to rent again in the near future!
Great Service!. We had never rented a jump castle before and were nervous about how the experience would go. Jason and his staff were great! They dropped off and picked up on time and were very easy to work with. We needed some extra paperwork for our homeowners association, and they emailed it right over to me. It was a great experience and made our birthday party run like a clock!
awesome selection,great customer service.. Jason and his staff are friendly,professional and awesome. Jason let my 4 year old "help" set up the jump castle for his birthday bash and he talked about it for months. He and his friends jumped all day and he said he had the best birthday jumping in "the awesome fire truck". Jason has found a life long customer.
Customer Service is Great!. My family has used Jason's Jumpcastles at least once a year for the past 5 years. I have been completely satisfied with the price, set up and the huge selection of inventory. Highly recommend.
Terrible service stay away. When I called to book one of their Jumpcastle's I asked about was their policy if it rains and I was told By Jason that if it rains they would give me up to a year to use the money you paid. So I agreed, they showed up and after an hour it rained all night long. When I called to inform Jason he told me that there was nothing he could do, and that I just lost my money. The customer service and their attitude was terrible. I will never use their service again
The policy is the customer can cancel before or when we get there for bad weather. Once we set it up it must be paid for. We informed this costumer it was going to rain when we got there and she said set it up anyway, after we returned this is when she wanted to cancel and get a refund. The 50 dollar deposit is good for up to one year. Good customer service is always in our best interest which is why I have been in business for 13 years. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
