Great little shop. We have been in this shop several times and have always had good service. Really cute clothes and GREAT sales! The owner is very nice and has always been very accommodating.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I purchased an adorable onsie outfit for my baby boy. When I got home, I noticed that it had a hole in it. It was an expensive outfit, so I decided to try to do an even exchange or get a store credit. I was offered NEITHER. They rudely refused to give me any assistance on an exchange or credit, even after I said I would spend more money on another outfit. The owner raised his voice at me and he was very offensive. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received. If this is any indication of the type of business they run, I would strongly encourage people to take their business and money to another children's boutique in the Charleston area.
