I enjoy Cingular but not the store.. I went to the store to recieve customer service on an issue but the young man who handled it more interested in making the sale with the woman who was waiting behind me than helping me. Instead he handed me the phone so he could make his sale. Then I went back and he was making eye contact with some woman than being more concerned with me. Its one thing to be concerned with making a sale but you should be concerned about keeping the customers you have.
