Its low income housing with a high price and shifty managers

Management has already banned me from writing a review on aptratings when all I want to do is inform prospective renters that woodbridge is not where they want to live unless you like feeling that management is doing you a favor in allowing you to live there. The good reviews about this place sound suspiciously like they are written not by tenets but by those who work in the office. The apt I lived in looked nice when I first walked in (after I'd signed the lease) but to my horror two days later the mold bleed through the bad paint job. The carpet was of the lowest quality, so much so that even after I had it cleaned by proffesionals 3 months later it looked even worse than before. The apts are used as a cut through to sam ritt and anything I left unlocked or outside even for a few minutes was stolen. I could continue but I have wasted enough time with woodbridge already.

Find somewhere else. The management is terrible and the location is bad.

Avoid at all costs!

I lived at Woodbridge apts for a year and wouldn't recomend it to anyone! The apt was in terrible condition; cigarette burns and tears in the carpet, peeling paint, broken and loose tiles, a bad leak in a window frame just to name a few issues. Upon moving in I marked all items in dis-repair on the inspection sheet and was told that they would be addressed and taken care of, when I moved out a year later nothing was fixed!

Also, the management is terrible! Management is really shifty and rude! I was blamed for damages to the apartment and lost my security deposit even though everything I was blamed for was marked down on the inspection sheet when I first moved in! It was completely frustrating having to deal with management just to get moved out, but it was worth it just to move out of that dump! There are much nicer apartments just down the road from Woodbridge, for your own good pick one of them to live in!

• Cons: Management!!
