Target Stores Unfriendly to Handicapped Seniors..
Are unfriendly to Handicapped Seniors. If their store is located at a mall, they do not allow their shopping carts out into the mall.
Today I spent $102.00, in bedding items. at the Target Store at the Citadell Mall.
I wanted to go to the food court and have some lunch before my bus. I could
not continue to use their cart outside the store.
Consequently, I spoke with the store manager, advised him in no uncertain terms
of my thoughts on this policy, and promptly returned all my items.
I am not done with them yet!

With its low prices and huge selection, this is truly a one-stop-shopping mecca..
