Amazing. I LOVE this salon! Everyone there is so nice and they make you feel comfortable right away! My service I had was wonderful and I will definitely go back! I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

better than the best!. This place is so cool. Everyone was really nice. I had the works done (hair cut, highlights and a color). I didn't spend all day in the salon. My hair stylist was quick and shared some cool new tricks for doing my hair....which I love, by the way! I even had my makeup done for free when I left and a free hand massage.

Go if you want your hair melted or turned pink!!. Just wanted your basic chunky highlights, red and blonde, they already existed, all she had to do was touch up the red, and lighten my growth (blonde) not rocket science. Took two trips to the salon, and my hair still looks terrible. (wasn't even offered my money back, or a credit) Pink highlights, are not what I wanted, and I am disappointed that I have to now pay someone else to fix it...For fear that my hair will be totally trashed.. I am sad to report that if the stylists at Verbena did not know when to ace the bleach (in order to prevent melting) then perhaps she needs to go back to beauty school.. DONT GO THERE!!! HORRIBLE!!

we are so sorry to hear an inaccurate tale about this guest's experience. the guest came to the salon with damaged hair and unhappy with a DIFFERENT salon. our colorist was most accommodating but never promised she would be able to "repair" what was done . her hair was never "pink", nor "melted". she was unhappy that her hair was not restored to it's natural state & demanded a refund. styists are not magicians. we gave it our honest effort. we refunded her money back......as a courtesy.

professional. Walking into Verbena you get this overall feeling of wellness and tranquility. Immediately after that you are greeted unequivocally by a great staff. The talent inside the salon is evident with every cut and color. A great place to be! Not only do they use and sell all Aveda products, but they are also located right along the water and validate parking. Amazing! Their new addition, Verbena Body, is awesome!
