Poor Services. On Sept 22 I arrived at my scheduled time 9am to have a massage treatment with Mandy. I was told that there was a reschedule and that Mandy wouldnt be available. I was asked who scheduled the appointment and I politely said you all did.....Now I was told that I would have Bryan for my treatment....15/20 minutes later he strolled...late for work and looking like he had a hangover. So I said, maybe it will get better and of course it didnt. This was the worst massage I have ever had....Bryan was horrible !!!! Its like he didnt have any idea what to do.....he proceeded to tell how good a Chef he was.....duh, now he is giving massages so now you all get the picture. Do not schedule an appointment with Bryan , double check prior to arriving

for any changes because management on duty didnt seem to care about anything....I hope they fire Bryan.

I will never go back .....stay with Stella Nova or Massage Envy.

Urban Nirvana Refuses to Take Responsibility. On April 6th a new employee Hailey was performing massage theropy. My wife walked into the massage room with iPhone in hand and placed it in her back pocket as she changed leaving her clothes folded and on the floor. When the massage was over and Hailey left the room, my wife dressed and reached for the phone to check emails - it was gone. Hailey had split. My wife went to the manager and they called the cell phone which immediately rolled into voice mail. They could not reach Hailey who did not wait for a tip. Although Urban Nirvana recognized that theft is the only possibility - they did nothing to compensate my wife and refused to take responsibility for employee actions. This is wrong on many fronts and I find myself writting my first ever review.

DO NOT GO to Urban Nirvana - they are potentially thieves at the very least dishonest and unresponsive.

Professional, Relaxing & On Time Service. Urban Nirvana on Long Point has a great staff. Their service menu offers different options for facials, massage, waxing, etc. Clean area and nice store when you walk in. They are always on time.

The word "Nirvana" says it ALL..... I love this place, it's small, but very quiet and relaxing. Staff is friendly and prompt. I have only indulged in their massage's and highly recommend the Hot Stone massage and the Whiplash. Though the latter is not for the faint of heart, they really get those kinks and knots out. The end result is awesome, when you walk out you leave all the stress and tension you entered with behind.
