I love Ultratan!. I've been going to Ultratan for a few years now, & I wouldn't go anywhere else! The Rivers Ave. store is clean, friendly, & professional. Everyone knows me by name & make me feel very welcome. Love these gals!

Customer Service. I have been a client of this business for a long time. Though I have always received good customer service and treatment, the last few years I have really noticed a change. The locations are cleaner, staff friendlier and so much more knowledgable, upbeat environment and a great way to end my day with only a few minutes of "me time" available on my rush home from work. I am always greeted with a smile and assured that if there is a line, they will be right with me. That kind of dependable reassurance has brought me through their doors just because I know it is the one place I can count on for consistent customer service that rises above and beyond. If you tan or Mystic elsewhere, give these girl's a shot, I promise you won't regret it!
