Pink Crocodile Has GREAT Service - The Rude Old Lady No Longer Works There!. I love the merchandise in this store. The rude lady mentioned in the other posts is an older woman who no longer works there. Plus the store has a new owner as of late 2007 and the service is much improved! They have great things and supporting local businesses is important. Go shop at the Pink Crocodile! The children's clothes are absolutely adorable!

Rude customer service. I recently visited the store for the first time. I did purchase some items and the young lady that checked me out was very helpful and we carried on a lenghty and pleasant conversation. When I called back to get more info on some things that were discussed in our conversation and older lady answered and proceeded to tell that she could not help me and for me to try elsewhere. She was just down right rude. i will never shop there again. I almost regret buying the items I purchased. If the tags were still on them I would take them back....I will never recommend this store. The young lady whom I encountered the first time was very friendly too bad she works with mean nasty people.

Don't shop here!. Don't get me wrong. They have great merchandise. My two children have had several outfits from there over the past few years. Here's the problem... I was shopping there recently with my three year old who is potty trained. In the middle of our browsing she decides she has to go to the bathroom. To my surprise they refused to let her use their restroom! Why in the world would a CHILDRENS boutique not allow a 3 year old to use the bathroom? Rest assured that this store will not get one more dime of my money!
