Great Staff. I was in the store last week for the first time and it was great. The sales people were very helpful and didn’t pressure me into a sale. I will definitely be coming back.

Sold my gold here. I saw the TV commercials Charleston Gold and Diamond Exchange has been running this week for their "buy event". I went in and sold some of my old jewelry and was fairly happy with the outcome. They took the time to sort out my items and allowed me to keep a few pieces I didnt want to sell after finding out how much they were worth.

Overall the experience was a good one.

sold me a fake autograph. This place has two listings,but I'm so mad, I'm leaving a review at each. I just found out a signed NFL helment I bought a couple of years ago from them was a fake autograph. I'm in trouble for tyring to sell it on ebay. I thought buying it from them protected me from getting ripped off, but as I've now heard from several people, Charleston Gold and Diamond is just a rip off pawn shop..

Great Prices on Bullion. I went to Charleston Gold and Diamond Exchange to purchase some gold bullion. They had the best prices Gold Eagles in the area.

Fantastic Experience. A few weeks ago I went to Charleston Gold and Diamond Exchange to sell some old jewelry. Prior to visiting the store I my jewelry was horribly under appraised. I took my old gold to Charleston and got $1200.

Bullion. I sold gold eagles to this store today was offered 960 per coin. i was offered 840 by a store downtown and pawn shops were offering me 600. I guess these people writing the reviews went to a diffrent charleston gold and diamond.

Best price offered for gold. I read a review on City Search before deciding to venture out and sell some of my old jewelry. I shopped 4 locations and found that my last - Charleston Gold and Diamond was definately my best bet. They offered me $1100 more than any other store. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained the process (and why they pay more). I felt very comfortable being there and will only do business with Charleston Gold and Diamond Exchange in the future! Another interesting note - I saw two other people in the store from one of the other locations selling their gold to Charleston Gold as well.

need some $$, go here!. Went in with a ziploc of old gold jewelry from college years and they happily walked me through the process. I was able to get $16 per penny weight which ended up more than$500 worth of shopping money! Apparently they buy old stuff everyday and am in the process of clenaing out older jewlery boxes! Free money!
