From pecan waffles to legendary hash browns, breakfast fare rules at this homey 24-hour chain restaurant--but don't miss the chili..
In Short
Since 1955, this Atlanta-based chain has welcomed an all-hours crowd of shift workers, suits, regulars and late-night partiers with comfy booths and an extensive menu of Southern-accented home-style grub. Waffles (pecan or regular) are the restaurant's most popular dish. Other breakfast favorites include porterhouse T-bone steak and eggs, country ham, and signature hash browns cooked seven ways, from smothered with onions to topped with chili or cheese. Another bargain is the bowl of chili, which comes topped with onions, ham and cheese.

worst service in Mt P.
This Waffle House gets the MOST RUDE WAIT STAFF award. I have decided to never eat here again and let as many people know as I can...The loud one, name starts with an E....is VERY rude. rarely speaks, very as a matter of fact with NO personality...has gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. The short lady is a little nicer but acts like she would rather be some place else...You do NOT get the traditional Waffle House HI there...when you enter...you barely get service. I have left this Waffle House 3-4 times wishing I had gone elsewhere. I did go elsewhere on Sunday the 2nd of March.... I drove out of my way to the WAffle House on SAvannah Hwy and had great service.
