Much better!. My sister lived here 5 years ago when the building was rundown. I live here now and has changed so much! The entire building has a new face that is a nice tan rather than a hideous pink. The new laundry room and elevators are big improvements from what they used to be as well. Parking is only an issue when MUSC patients and doctors take our parking places, but the management has started towing those cars.

You can't get any closer to MUSC, and the rates are competitive to what you would find at many similar places. Two thumbs up to the management that has made all of the new changes here!

Stay away. Manager makes a habit of entering apartments without permission. Probably gets away with it because it's mostly foreign students in here.

Building looking better due to massive renovation, but still plagued by terrible upkeep. Parking lot is a disaster and often flooded. Someone is invariably in your space so you have to take someone else's spot. Elevators seldom work. They're dirty and unsafe. Laundry room is a dump. Currently unlit. Seems to be emptying out of tenants and should go bankrupt in next 2 years.
